  Color & Weight Policy

With so many weights and colors of discs available in the sport today, there's virtually an endless number of weight and color combinations that seem to change on a daily basis. If our current inventory does not match exactly to your preferred weight and color, we'll do our best to get as close as possible. If needed, we'll contact you by phone to confirm selections.

Our General Guidelines When Filling Your Order

  1. If you select "Any Weight" and "Any Color", we'll pick the first available disc.
  2. If you select "Any Weight" and a more detailed color, more importance will be given to your color selection.
  3. If you select "Any Color" and a more detailed weight, more importance will be given to your weight selection.
  4. If you select a detailed weight and color, we'll try to match the weight first and then the color. If we cannot match your color preferences exactly, then we will substitute the next closest color.
When you select a specific weight, we'll try to match it exactly. If we don't have a specific weight in stock, we'll use a +/- 2 gram weight range to choose the disc. If we can't nail your selection within 2 grams either side of your specified weight, we'll call you to discuss more options (be sure to include your phone number when finalizing your order).

How We Handle Your Color Preferences
If you've asked for a specific color, we'll try to match that color exactly. If a color match cannot be made, we'll pick a close color according to the hot/cool ranges as shown below. If we cannot find a match within the hot/cool range, we'll select a color based on light or dark as it relates to your original choice.

The colors above are intended as a general guide and do not necessarily
represent the exact colors of plastic that are currently available.

***If it's critical that you avoid a particular color, we suggest that you choose from the "I Prefer Anything but..[color]" options on the color selection menu when adding a particular disc (or multiple discs) to your order.***

Remember, the less specific you are when it comes to weight and color, it will be easier for us to fill your order and get it shipped to you quickly.

What is this sport anyway? Disc golf (also referred to as "frisbee golf") is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or FrisbeeŽ. The sport was formalized in the 1970s, and shares with "ball golf" the object of completing each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in the case of disc golf, fewest number of throws). Currently, there are more than 1,750 disc golf courses worldwide, with over 1,400 in the USA.
