  Firebird STAR #8087

Please Note:
The color and "stamp" (disc image/logo) sent to you will vary from the picture shown above.

Please click here for more information.
The Firebird has long been Innova's most popular over-stable long-range driver. The Firebird STAR continues the Firebird's legacy by providing extra stability for big arms or great left turns for less powerful players (righties throwing backhand), and delivering outstanding performance in the wind. In addition, the Firebird in the STAR plastic has a nice flat dome, which makes it an excellent choice for sidearm players. Available in weights from 165 to 175 grams.

Features:

  • Speed 9
  • Glide 3
  • High Speed Turn 0
  • Low Speed Turn +4
  • Innova STAR line

What is this sport anyway? Disc golf (also referred to as "frisbee golf") is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or FrisbeeŽ. The sport was formalized in the 1970s, and shares with "ball golf" the object of completing each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in the case of disc golf, fewest number of throws). Currently, there are more than 1,750 disc golf courses worldwide, with over 1,400 in the USA.
