Since it's release in September of 2005, the Wraith has been one of Innova's best selling and best performing distance drivers. This super-long driver is a stable flyer that performs predictably well in the wind with speed, glide and accuracy. According to Innova, "This disc performs remarkably well when thrown at less than full speed as well as at full speed".

The Wraith has a low profile, which makes it excellent for backhand and side-arm alike. This disc is best for intermediate to advanced players who are looking for maximum distance with control. The Wraith DX is available in weights from 150 to 175 grams, and features Innova's easy-gripping DX plastic.

Features:

  • Innova DX Plastic
  • Speed: 11
  • Glide: 5
  • High Speed Turn: -1
  • Low Speed Turn: +3

What is this sport anyway? Disc golf (also referred to as "frisbee golf") is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or FrisbeeŽ. The sport was formalized in the 1970s, and shares with "ball golf" the object of completing each hole in the fewest number of strokes (or, in the case of disc golf, fewest number of throws). Currently, there are more than 1,750 disc golf courses worldwide, with over 1,400 in the USA.
